Designed to attach to the top tube/head tube; The Stem Cell is 9.25 inches long and tapers from 2.5 to 3.75 in the front with a height of 4 inches. The Stem Cell is perfect for carrying small items like snacks or your phone. 

• Constructed of VX21 X-Pac fabric for the top and side panels.
• 600D Ballistic fabric for the high abrasion area on the head tube and a tuff-grip rubber material along the top tube to minimize movement. 
• Plastic stiffened side panels to help make opening and closing easier and to prevent side bulging.
• The bottom and front panels are padded to protect the contents from rattling around against the top tube. 
• A single YKK #8 Uretek zipper makes accessing your gear convenient and weather proof. 
• There is a webbing ladder strap on the bottom and front panels to accommodate different attachment conflicts that may be present due to stem height or your frame pack. 
• Inside is lined with a light color pack-cloth to add some contrast to make finding those small items easier and for additional weatherproofing.
